Everyone should be inspired by Medical Research. Welcome Medical professionals to join us.
Join our coming free green clinic project for medical research; the green project private grant for 10M plus Federal grant for medical research. We are looking for health care project team.
Each 5th grader will study learning Human Growth & Development and he or she may join the class to Poe Health Center to observe our wonder body. Our future Free Green Clinic Project will give people the opportunity of joining medical research around the world to discover what we can do to look younger and live longer with pain free. We need medical professional and any types of professionals related to housing and environment but not limited to participate. This is not only included medical professional but also included diet and exercise from nutritionists to body trainer to give us health guideline enable to continue research effort. Our human body could affect our mind, heart and soul and these four parts inside us could affect our health. Health should be primary for each of us and we also need to focus on health in education at the same time for our green education. In addition, as for children; green education would be like a great investment for them and our mankind’s future. Somehow without food, shelter and health for children first, green education would not be able to save them from poverty or homeless or illness. When we talk about medicine; there are western and eastern types of treatments and there are medical treatment methods out there for us to discover. When the illness hits us whether is transmitting disease can spread or just cancer or tumor; the illness will cause our body, mind, heart, and soul all suffered the worst. Personally I do believe any medicine or medical procedure is useful as long as we could find a cure. Western diagnostic system, surgical procedure or eastern medicine; we should all put up our research together. From my own personal experiences; I was saved few times without western medical methods instead of eastern medicine. When I was a baby that my cough could not stop; Dr. with practiced western medicine told my mom to put me on Morphine to stop my cough. My mom refused and found me eastern medicine to cure me instead. When I was at 3rd grade, I had a car accident. The western Dr. suggested cutting off my leg. Again, my mom rejected the idea, she found me a Chinese medicine doctor to cure me using traditional Asian medical treatment that I was in bed for 2 months. Maybe almost 30-40 years ago in my homeland, those doctors did not get medical training in such advance as western countries. It was my mom’s great choice that saved me from those medical choices. A doctor’s decision could cause a person’s whole life. Image if I became handicapped; I may not have a chance to live a real normal life or even study oversea to later fulfill my dream. Medical research is very important to discover mankind. Living in a greener place and decrease stress and live a healthy pain free life should be the best thing for everyone. Let’s work together to inspire medical research to everyone. You can start by talking to one person at a time to help people understand medical research is great for them and either donation or become a volunteer and help with fundraiser; whatever they can do to help could save the people and the earth.

Should you wait for doing Federal business?

Some of people told me about that they want to wait for doing Federal Business. My answer to them is if you wait, you will be more competitive. Belize project re-bid notice & Free green clinic project statement

Last pre-bid bidders most of them are disqualified so we will re-bid the Belize project. If you are oversea company, you will have to find a US company to team up enables to qualify. Our green clinic project model will follow Belize project model and may not consider LEED standard but with LEED related knowledge. Our pre-selection of green clinic location is in USA. We would be interested in solar, biofuel or any other technology that can satisfy the consumption needs of about 10,000 to 14,000 kwh per year. Right now we are particularly interested in the answers to two essential questions:
a) How many panels (in square feet) would be needed to generate 10,000 to 14,000 kwh per year?
b) What would the price per kwh be?
c) How many square feet of panels would be needed if we were to use solar only for water heaters? (presented by your own project report and clients’ references)

Currently there are over 75,000 LEED AP certified and now you can also get green certified for your company green product. You also can sell your green product directly to Federal government (seeing detail www.ogmanagementllc.com) Green is going to focus on waste to energy according to Obama new recovery plan and there are many new green technologies for us to discover. What types of green jobs are out there ready to hire? Hiring a LEED AP for some company just developing a green project might be necessary to make some adjustment. A LEED AP needed to have at least intensive projects taken on for certification either in a team or work solely should be able to lead a new team. Hiring a LEED AP or choosing a LEED consultant service would be different depending on a company’s payroll budget. Some construction companies are already tried to adapt the green project by hiring a LEED AP on their own. Some LEED AP might also be an architect that could bring design & build with LEED certification. Most projects are relied on team work or some of them may rely on networking or work relation. You can also work on Federal green projects (check our company website for newsletter update 60 pages for green project lists) LEEP AP itself should also carry great responsibility for helping their clients to care for environmental issues and eco system rather than just RIO for energy profit. LEED AP itself should be a great educator to teach people around them about going green is everyone’s duty not just a job. It is our future that we are depending on. You, Stephanie, are a poster child for LEED AP. You are exactly what the USGBC hoped for when they developed and then changed the AP designation. You embody Green. I am a LEED AP, and yet, if I were doing a Green project, I'd prefer to have you leading my team. Unfortunately, for most, LEED AP was just another credential. What is our next construction marketing?

Does your area residential construction start blooming again? Are they building a green house or total green development for the whole community? Do you know there is a grant to assist if you are building a green house? Are you eligible for the grant?
How many commercial construction projects in your area this year? Are they using green building materials or apply any LEED standard? Do you know some grants for green projects?
Do you also know how many states are cutting their next project budget?
Do you know no matter how badly economical condition is that only one marketing that never affect?
Federal business would be next year hot marketing and they are also going green and are you ready for it?
It is time to make a change; change is a good thing. Go green and understand how Federal business could save your business in time. You need to find a fully Federal business solution.
While we are trying to celebrate Thanksgiving, maybe we should also think about and brainstorming with our families and friends about what to do next enable for us to have next great celebration.

Does our environment have great impact in our health? Would it be cancer free by living in Green LEED housing? Could it be working inside a LEED building makes you healthier and less aging and live longer? Many LEED buildings have been built around the world; we need a long term research to look for its impact of our health. How does any cancer occur and any tumor develop? How can we avoid it? Can we really sick free for all of our life? We are only reporting sickness and forget how to prevent it is primary step. When we discover certain building materials could affect our health, it took a while to develop medical cases by cases. Now, we have seen a lot of green building material development in the market. It may take us a while to fully understand what LEED building could really make us healthier and we may also need a lot of documentations via an intensive research to show the final result. USGBC has done some of research that believes environmental living condition is a factor for our health. It is time to make our health a primary concern for our life. Join me to discover building green is our future to make our mankind healthier and while we slowly discover the health matter and we could bring the health to the earth. You would only need to take 5 minutes a day to talk to one person about green. Each of us could do it by pay it forward. Wish you all have a healthy and joyful Thanksgiving.

By environmental causes we mean what is around you each day that may help to cause cancer. This could include
Tobacco smoke
The sun
Natural and man made radiation
Work place hazards
Asbestos
Some of these are avoidable and some aren't. Most are only contributing factors to causing cancers - part of the jigsaw puzzle that scientists are still trying to put together. There is more about this in the page on causes of cancer in the environment.
