What is 2010 Construction marketing?

Is there any private project out there to seek for any construction company?
Most companies right now are seeking any project for their business this year. Somehow the economical downsize that most construction companies are still having hard time to adjust it. As for Federal and state hard bid marketing; most people are taking it as lottery system. You need to buy enable to stand for a chance to win. No matter how many bidders are there for a project; most companies will still take a chance to win anyway.
Since last year I have talking about how Federal contracting could help some construction companies to gain their business ventures if they are able to qualify for the program. Now we have expending more opportunities for these construction companies especially if they have labor in house. They might be able to extend twenty years for Federal contracting.
As for green project; due to funding; a lot of international green projects for non-profit group are currently on hold. There are several cities and states also now mandated for their green projects. You might want to explore more green projects.
Our company is currently focusing a lot of new marketing in northern area and I will try to update from time to time if any news that will be available soon.
